PARTY ROOM RENTALS
June 1, 2017 – May 31, 2018
For Birthday Parties, Communions, Christenings, Family Reunions, and other celebrations.
Includes use of tables, chairs and coffee pots(renter must provide coffee and cups). The Recreation Department staff will set up the tables and chairs and clean up at the conclusion of the event.
The renter must assure that the facility is left in reasonably clean condition at the conclusion of the event.
NOTE: A diagram of the desired set-up must be submitted no later than one (1) week prior to the event.
If the renter employs any person or organization to cater, decorate or perform at this function, they must be approved by the Supt. of Parks & Recreation and have appropriate liability insurance coverage. The insurance policy must list the Inc. Village of Rockville Centre as the "additional insured" for a minimum of one million dollars ($1,000,000). The Supt. of Parks & Recreation can defer or modify this condition upon request of the renter.
*Only authorized personnel are permitted to use electrical panel lights. *Absolutely nothing can be attached to the drapes.
*The use of cotton candy machines, popcorn makers, smoke machines or other devices by the renter or someone hired by the renter is prohibited.
Residents of Rockville Centre- $550
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to confirm the reservation date.
A request for extended time or serving of alcoholic beverages may be granted upon discretion of the Superintendent.
The fee for approved extended time is $150 per hour.
The balance of the rental fee shall be payable in full on the day of the event. All checks are to be made payable to "Inc. Village of Rockville Centre."
Note: Smoking is prohibited in the building.
